Making Payment for your Tuition and Fees

Please note, incoming students must pay their enrollment fee (and housing placement fee, if applicable) through the Office of Admissions.

Student Accounts payment methods are to be utilized for enrolled students paying their tuition and related fees. All payments will be assumed to be for tuition and fees. No personal payments meant for a student's spending money or living expenses should be sent to SVA. Overpayments of billed amounts will be applied to future semesters, not issued as refunds. Any such personal payments meant for living expenses are between payer and student and should be paid directly to the student, not paid to the school with the intention of a refund issued to the student.

Any credits resulting from financial aid or billing adjustments will be refunded. 

Payment may be made via the below methods:

Online Payment

It's easy to get started. Students can access their Cashnet billing portal through their MySVA account. They will be able to make payments, schedule future payments, view their billing statements, and add authorized payers.

Incoming students must pay their enrollment fee (and housing placement fee, if applicable) through the Office of Admissions, not via this online payment site. 

Please note, only students whose registration has been processed will be able to view their balance due and billing statements. If your billing is not yet available, you will receive an error message when trying to view your balance, but you can still make payment toward your account. New billing may take 2-3 business days from the date of registration to be available online.

Fall billing will be available by mid-June, Spring billing by mid-October, and Summer billing by mid-April.

The link above will redirect you to your MySVA Account.  You can access the Cashnet payment portal by clicking the “Financial Information Menu” under the WebAdvisor tab, and selecting the “Cashnet Payment Portal” link.

Authorized User Access to Online Bill Payment (login and password required)

This link is meant for authorized users only. Students can add authorized payers by logging into their Cashnet payment portal.

Make a Payment with No Log In Required 

For payment access, click here.

No login is required, and no bill is provided. You must have the student ID number available in order to post payment to the correct student's account.

Enrollment fees should NOT be paid via this site.

Use this payment access link to pay your:

  • Estimated tuition and fees, if you are required to obtain registration clearance.
  • Housing placement fees (returning students only)

You will need the following information to send a wire transfer to SVA to pay for your tuition. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Be sure to indicate the student's SVA ID number.

Please do NOT go to a Wells Fargo branch and deposit funds into the above named account. You must initiate a wire transfer from your bank account to our bank account in order for SVA to know for whom your payment is meant.

Mail your Payment

If you would like to mail your payment to SVA, please include the bottom portion of the billing statement with your payment. If you do not have the billing statement, please make sure the student's name and SVA id number are clearly written on the check.
