Candidates are responsible for completing all graduation requirements
To certify graduation, and to attend the Commencement Exercises, candidates of the Class of 2017 must complete the following College requirements, which are checked by the Office of Academic Advisement.
Before December 15, 2016 submit the on-line graduation application form.
Bachelor candidates must meet with their Academic Advisor to review their academic requirements.
Master candidates must meet with their Student Advisor, Assistant to the Chair or Director of Operations to review their academic requirements.
Before April 21, 2017
Candidates must submit archival documentation of Portfolio/Thesis for SVA archives to the Department Chair.
Before April 28, 2017
Candidates must clear all financial obligations with:
(a) the Office of Student Accounts,
(b) the Office of Financial Aid (an Exit Loan Interview required by law)
By May 1, 2017
Candidates must have completed all credits and required courses.
Before May 2, 2017
Candidates must have returned all books/periodicals borrowed from the SVA library.
Any candidate who does not complete all graduation requirements by the dates indicated will not be permitted to participate in the Commencement Exercises of the Class of 2017.
