Requests for transcripts may be made in person or by writing to the college. By mail submit request to:

No request will be processed unless all financial and other obligations to the College have been fulfilled.
- Requests are processed in the order received.
- Your request must be signed. Please ensure that the form is filled out in its entirety.
- Transcripts may be ordered by, or released to a third party only with the written authorization of the student.
- Transcripts are free of charge.
Normal processing time is 5 days from receipt of request. Delays may occur for archived records (pre-1983) and during peak periods. Students are responsible for ensuring that requests are submitted well in advance of deadline dates.
