Any request to cancel a housing registration must be made by faxing the Intern/Visiting Student Cancelation Form to the Summer Housing Office. You may find the Intern/Visiting Student Cancelation Form on this page under Downloads.
Cancelation requests are processed based on the date the cancellation is received. All cancellations received 4 pm EST will be processed the following business day. All requests to cancel housing are subject to a cancellation charge outlined below:
Cancellation on or before April 24, 2013, 4pm EST: Refund of housing costs, less a $1000 cancellation fee
Cancellation after April 24, 2013, 4pm EST: No refund
Room registrations are NOT transferable.
