SVA offers summer housing to currently matriculated students as well as interns and visiting students who want to experience New York City for the summer.  From the hip Lower East Side to the funky East Village to the posh Gramercy Park, SVA offers housing in the thick of NYC's most desirable and fashionable neighborhoods!  

Interning and visiting students coming to work in New York City or take classes at other educational institutions, have several options for their summer housing.  SVA offers affordable and safe housing options for visiting students in historic and chic neighborhoods around New York City.

Current and graduating SVA students can choose to live in SVA's traditional-style residences, the Ludlow and the George Washington Residence Halls for their summer semester.  We are dedicated to giving our students a simple transition from their spring housing into summer and then eventually into their fall housing.  

SVA offers housing for all of our SVA summer academic program, in our George Washington and Ludlow residences.  Continuing Education, Summer Residency, Milton Glaser, MFA Art Practice, MFA Visual Narrative, MFA Interaction Design, and ESL/Studio students get an opportunity to experience New York City while advancing their education.
