The 10th Street Residence Hall is one of SVA's newest residence halls, comprised of fully furnished, one and two-bedroom apartments. The 10th Street Residence is located at 101 East 10th Street, at the corner of Third Avenue in the historic East Village. It is surrounded by New York City's finest shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and movie theaters. The 10th Street Residence Hall is also conveniently located to subway and bus transportation.

Apartment Amenities

The 10th Street Residence hall is comprised of two-bedroom apartments are for 4 students to share, two people per bedroom. The apartments include a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and central air and heat. Large windows overlooking the East Village give each room a sunny feel with plenty of natural light. Bedrooms, on average, are 15 x 12'; however, bedroom sizes vary, depending on the apartment layout. Rooms are fully furnished for each student.

Building Amenities

The 10th Street Residence is one of SVA’s newest residence hall, built in 2007. The modern apartment building is six stories high and houses more than 90 students.
