Admission tickets: Each candidate will receive five admission tickets. One ticket is for the candidate and the other tickets are for their guests. Everyone (including children) must present an admission ticket for entry to the Hall.
Ticket pick-up after May 7:
Master candidates will be contacted by the Assistant to the Chair of their Department when all graduation requirements have been fulfilled, to pick-up their tickets, and graduation regalia. Bachelor candidates will receive an e-mail from their Academic Advisor when all graduation requirements have been fulfilled, to pick-up their tickets, and graduation regalia.
Additional tickets: If you would like to request additional tickets, please fill out and submit the online Additional Commencement Ticket Request Form. Additional tickets cannot be guaranteed; however, we attempt to honor all requests based on available tickets. All requests must be received before Friday May 8th, 2015.
If you are unable to pick up your tickets, and graduation regalia, we ask that the person you send, present a letter of authorization, signed by you.
Please note: We do not mail admission tickets.
