Undergraduate:
Before December 7, 2012, candidates must meet with their Academic Advisor to complete and submit a Bachelor's degree application form. Print your name clearly on the application exactly as you want it to appear on your diploma. At this meeting your academic records are reviewed, and you are measured for your commencement gown. This meeting is mandatory.

Graduate: 
Before December 7, 2012, candidates must meet with their Student Advisor, or Assistant to the Department Chair to complete and submit a Master's degree application form. Print your name clearly on the application exactly as you want it to appear on your diploma. At this meeting your academic records are reviewed, and you are measured for your commencement gown. This meeting is mandatory.
