CAVA Services Inc Return Privilege

This return policy is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.

 

New, unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase except Notebook / Laptop computers, Desktop Computers, Servers which may be returned within 7 days of purchase unopened with the manufacturer seal intact, see customer configured paragraph for further details. All return / exchange merchandise must be in new condition, in the original carton with all original packaging (foam, plastic wrappings etc), warranties, instructions and accessories, with the manufacturer seal intact and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. CAVA Services Inc may refuse a refund / exchange or assess a charge for used / incomplete merchandise returned / exchanged. An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged for any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The manufacturer of the product determines exchange conditions, following a communication with the purchaser (you the customer). All products available for demo at the store except for computers will be FINAL SALE.

 

All iPods and other Apple accessories including headphones, cables, keyboards, mouse, power adapter, battery, and storage media are covered by manufacturer warranty. Please contact Apple for all technical support and other issues. These items are considered a final sale at time of purchase. They may be returned for a credit only if the manufacturer’s seal is intact and is within 15 days of purchase. Store bar code, UPC code and original store receipt required on the item being returned.

 

CUSTOMER CONFIGURED PRODUCT

We are pleased to offer product custom configured to your specifications, and encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified or cancelled once your order has been processed. All custom configured computers including desktops, notebook / laptop computers are considered a FINAL SALE due to its nature of being custom configured.

 

Unfortunately, due to the daily fluctuations of price in the electronics industry we do not offer any type of price protection whatsoever.

Special orders are non cancelable / non-returnable orders. All manufacturing defects are addressed directly by the manufacturer. All cable purchases are non-returnable orders. Please see the manufacturer for support.

 

The UPC code and store bar code is required for any exchange or return. All unopened software including games can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Opened software and games are not returnable. Adobe Student License Software is a Final Sale. All memory upgrades purchased from CAVA Services, can be an even exchange or a store credit can be issued. Original receipt will need to be presented by the customer to establish store credit.

We do not sell to Resellers and cannot accept Resale certificates of any kind.

 

Returns or exchanges will not be made for clearance items marked “As Is”, “Clearance Item – No Exchange”, “Final Sale” or items that are defective as a result of misuse or abuse.

Refunds will be made by the same method as used to purchase the item. All check refunds above $200.00 will need a 36hour period for processing. Any changes made in the mode of payment after transaction is complete will involve $10.00 processing fee. This does not apply to refunds as refunds are strictly made by the same method used for purchasing of item.

 

Acknowledgement of purchase

Purchaser acknowledges that the equipment purchased is not intended for resale. All warranties and service obligations of CAVA Services are voided if resold for commercial gain.

Manufacturers do not recognize product warranties on equipment purchased from CAVA Services Inc with an intended destination outside the United States. All expenses of equipment transportation to and from CAVA Services Inc are the Purchaser’s responsibility. During the warranty period, all services performed will be on a carry-in basis only, and purchaser may submit equipment for service under the same restrictions to any authorized dealer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to safe guard the original receipt as proof of purchase. CAVA Services will be unable to reprint / duplicate receipts as proof of purchase, at a later date.
