To succeed, artists must be able to present their work, effectively communicate ideas, and establish industry connections. Consistent with the college's mission to educate future generations of artists, designers, and creative professionals, the Office supports students and alumni in building their professional network while providing them with the skills, information, and resources they need to prosper as creative professionals.

In addition to year-round educational programming, workshops and career counseling, the Office of Career Development creates direct connections between students and industry. Our Internship for Credit Program provides opportunities for students to work under creative professionals at top New York City-based agencies, as well as in their home cities over the summer.

Career Development maintains constant contact with our "partners in education." Recruiters from top creative companies visit campus to meet with students, review portfolios and promote their employment opportunities through the College's exclusive online job board.

For general questions, walk-ins are welcome between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Friday), or call to schedule an appointment to review a resume, cover letter, or job strategy.
