Refunds are available if a written request to officially withdraw is submitted to the Office of Programs for International Students. Failure to complete a course does not constitute an official withdrawl, nor does notifying an instructor, nor does lack of attendance.

Deposit refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Before June 5 - 100% of deposit.
  • There will be no deposit refunds after June 5, 2015.

Tuition balance and housing fee refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Before July 13 - 100% of tuition balance and housing fee.
  • During the first week of the program - 50% of full tuition and 50% of housing fee.
  • There will be no tuition or housing fee refunds after the first week of the program.
