Watch Sculptures by SVA Students Adorn Madison Avenue in NYC

Those strolling the sidewalks of Manhattan’s chic Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side this week were greeted by some timely creations by a group of BFA Design students from SVA. As part of the Seventh Annual Madison Avenue Watch Week, the College partnered with the Madison Avenue BID for a public art exhibition titled "A Moment in Time." Under the mentorship and supervision of 3D Design chair Kevin O'Callaghan, the SVA students created monumental six-foot tall, watch-themed sculptures commemorating a specific moment.

The sculptures will be on display through Saturday, May 13. For more information about the Seventh Annual Madison Avenue Watch Week, click here.
