Jamel Shabazz is an icon of social documentary and street photography in New York City. Over the past four decades he has turned his lens on the changing face of Black and Latino urban life, affirming its vibrant vitality, its rich cultural contributions and the ongoing struggle for justice, equality and a better life that plays out every day in NYC streets.  

Shabazz's talk is part of the i3: Images, Ideas, Inspiration lecture series, which features presentations by digital photographers, hardware and software developers and industry experts. Presented by MPS Digital Photography.
