MPS Digital Photography presents a talk by Inbal Abergil, an Israeli visual artist and an educator. Her practice investigates aesthetic and societal norms through conceptions of time, memory and place, specifically in cultures where loss is a substantial part of daily life. Her work addresses the lived experience of conflict and trauma. Abergil shares with us her latest body of work and first monograph N.O.K-Next Of Kin, from Daylight Publishing.

This talk is part of the i3: Images, Ideas, Inspiration lecture series, which features presentations by digital photographers, hardware and software developers and industry experts.
