The SVA Veteran Coalition of Arts presents “Declassified: The Price of Freedom is Evident Here,” the second annual veterans group exhibition to present work students have created while studying under the GI Bill at SVA. This exhibition pays homage to SVA's long association with veterans, who were the College's first students, and explores how military experiences have shaped the work of the participating artists.

ESSAM, (BFA 2011 Photography), New York-based artist. Essam's drone-themed street art campaign received national media attention, raising awareness of the foreign and domestic use of unmanned aircraft. He served in the U.S. Army as a geo-spatial analyst.
