SVA Library presents an Art + Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon. Some drinks and light snacks will be provided.

An Edit-a-thon is a community organized event that aims to teach people how to edit, update and add articles on Wikipedia. The main purpose is to contribute and amend meaningful content to Wikipedia. Less than 10% of contributors to Wikipedia identify as female. People of all gender identities and expressions are invited to participate. There will be two training sessions at 1:00pm and 3:00pm to teach the basics of editing Wikipedia.

Please bring a laptop if you are able. There will be a limited number of computers for use if you don't have a laptop. If possible, please create a Wikipedia account prior to the edit-a-thon.
