This course will build upon the skills covered in SMC-2208, Getting Started with Adobe Photoshop, to advance students' knowledge of the application. A review of the basics will be followed by an exploration of adjustment layers, layer masks, paths, vector masks and color correction. Topics will include complex compositing, mastering image retouching, refining masks and perfecting selections.
PREREQUISITE: SMC-2208, Getting Started with Photoshop, or equivalent.
