Computer art is often considered a creative discipline that is driven by machines, not people, by technicians, not artists. Nothing could be further from the truth. Like all visual arts, success is found in the strength of the concept, the story and the vision as well as the craft. Yet, there is no escaping the technical challenges in computer art. To succeed, you must keep pace with a changing set of tools and be aware of the new creative possibilities that are presented with each technical advance.
